Consultation and discovery
We begin by having a conversation to understand your needs, challenges and goals in order to tailour our services to meet your specific requirements.
We then collaborate with you to break down your project into managable and deliverable chunks. This involves outlining all the specific details of your project and plotting each task on a kanban board, such as Trello.
Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we can create a budget and timeline for each deliverable. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of the project and what to expect. This method allows for a more agile approach to development, allowing for changes to be made as needed.

Design and build
Based off of the scope of work, we develop a roadmap of milestones for each stage of the project. We begin with designing wireframes and user flows to understand how exactly the project will be built.
We rapidly develop a minimum viable product to test and refine core functionalities, ensureing the final product will meet your expectations. We communicate our progress at every set milestone of the project, prioritizing communication and transparency of our progress.
To rapidly test web applications, we can leverage the no-code platform Bubble.io to deliver a minimum viable product faster than traditional methods. For some projects this can save time and money, and is better for iterating on the idea. Bubble.io apps can always be converted to a more traditional codebase if needed.
The entire process was hands on in real time over messenger, adding new features and functions as we went. Let’s call it a dynamic development process. End result, brilliant.
Deliver
After the Build phase, our work does not stop. We ensure your exact requirements are met and we thoroughly audit and test your application with your use-case.
We begin integrating your new application into your business and current systems. This may include manual data upload and continued testing and refinement to ensure everything works as expected.
We also focus heavily on documentation before final launch. This includes technical documentation of your database schema, user experience, system workflows and API integrations. We provide maintenance and support retainers for ongoing updates and any changes needed.
